Any product purchased on BEAUTME Official Store come with a 1-year limited warranty, starting from the date of purchase. 

You can register the device and claim warranty via our official website. To register a product, please present your original Proof of Purchase (invoice), order number, serial number of your product.

If you can't register the product successfully, please contact us via support@beautme.com and send us the product serial number.

• Warranty service is available after the purchase

• The product is still within the warranty period

The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:

1. Beyond the warranty period;

2. Normal wear and tear of accessories or consumables for use.

3. Accidental damage, faults caused by abuse, neglect, careless operation or any handling operation which are not in conformance with user manual.

4. Damage caused by force majeure.

5. Failure or damage caused by forced use of the product beyond normal service conditions.

6. Other faults and damages caused by problems other than the design, manufacture and quality of the product itself.

7. This warranty is not transferable.
