Refund Policy


You can request our Return & RefundService:

  • Within 7 calendar days of receiving a product (or 30days from date of purchase) if the product has no manufacturing defect,and is still in new or like-new condition.
  • Within 7 calendar days (or 30 days from date ofpurchase) of receiving a product if the product has a manufacturingdefect.

Return & Refund Service will not beprovided where:

  • It is requested beyond 7 calendars days of receivinga product (or 30 days from date of purchase).
  • A product sent to BEAUTME for Return & RefundService does not include all original accessories, attachments orpackaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks,dents or scratches.
  • A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is notprovided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
  • Any fault or damage of the product is caused byunauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure tomoisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improperinstallation or operation.
  • Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollableexternal factors, including fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.
  • A product is not delivered to BEAUTME within 10calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from BEAUTME
  • Other circumstances stated in this policy.

    If you would like to apply for a returnand refund, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving yourproduct(s) (or 30 days from date of purchase).

    Contact BEAUTME Customer Support Teamat support@beautme.com, and then provide the followinginformation:

    5. Images or Videos of Products and Intact Packaging:

    We will process your return and refundapplication within one or two working days after receiving your email.

    Refund &Replace Time


    • For refunds, we will continue to refund within 2-3working days after receiving your returned items.Refunds will be processedusing the same method that was used to make the payment. After the refundis processed, the time shown in your account depends on the bank or creditcard issuer.
    • For exchanges, the processing time after returningthe items will be between 3-6 working days, depending on the inventorysituation.

    Return Shipping


    • If the return reason was Subjective (Customerchanged his/her mind), customers need to pay for the original shippingcost of your order, and the shipping cost for returning the product to the BEAUTME warehouse (including cross-border and international shippingcosts, if applicable).
    • If the return reasonwas Objective (Quality issue, damaged item), proof is required. Full refundwill be sent to the customer including the return shipping fees (replacementcan be requested).    

    ReplacementPolicy


    Please be assured that if there's aproduct quality problem within one year from the purchase date, we can applyfor a replacement unit for you with the following information provided.

    1. Product order number;
    2. Purchase link where you bought this item;
    3. A video or some pictures that can show the problemclearly.

    Once the replacement application isapproved, we will send you a replacement unit for free. However, the shippingfee will be borne by the buyer if it has exceeded 30 days from the purchasedate.

    Replacement Service will not be providedwhere:

    • Service is requested more than 7 calendar days afterreceiving a product.
    • Legal proof-of-purchase, receipts, or invoices arenot provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tamperedwith.
    • A product sent to BEAUTME for replacement does notinclude all original accessories, attachments and packaging, or containsitems damaged by user error.
    • A product is found to have no defects after allappropriate tests are conducted by BEAUTME
    • Any fault or damage of the product is caused byunauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure tomoisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improperinstallation or operation.
    • Damage is caused by uncontrollable external factors,including fires, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.
    • Received product has not been sent back to BEAUTMEwithin 7 calendar days after replacement confirmation from BEAUTME
    • Proof of damage during transit issued by the carriercannot be provided.
    • Other circumstances stated in this policy.
