Are these mirrors with bulbs led? Can it be replaced?

Yes. Our vanity mirrors with light bulbs use led light bulbs, which can be replaced. And our products enjoy a 1-year warranty, and any problems encountered during use. Please feel free to contact us. We will try our best to resolve it.

Which makeup mirrors can be installed on the wall?

Where Is My Refund?

If you are given a refund, you can expect to have it back to your original payment's source of funds. Meaning, if you paid with debit or credit card, the refund will go to the card within 30 days. If you paid with your PayPal balance, the refund will go to your PayPal balance within 3-5 business days.

What must I know if I want to make a return/refund request?

Generally, the return/refund request should be made within 30 days since the day you make the payment. In case your parcel reaches you beyond the maximum estimated date of arrival, or later than 30 days since you placed the order, return/refund request should be made within the next 7 calendar days. For any case as mentioned above, whichever takes longer will be the basis. In other words, for quality issues (if any), you will have at least 7 days to make a return/refund request.

Open the backboard and check that if the terminal are connected correctly. Remove the bad bulb terminal and Then replace it with a new light bulb.

All bulbs or touch sensor not working

1) Ensure that the power supply is working properly (please refer to the instruction manual), and replace it with a power adapter with the same parameters;

2) Open the back panel, check whether the touch sensor terminal is connected correctly, replace with a new touch sensor.
